By arranging a session, consenting to images being taken, browsing proofs, viewing this website, or downloading any purchased image from Caletto Photography, you automatically agree to the Terms & Conditions and Copyright policy outlined here.

Image Usage
Any use of the images contained within this website or associated social media accounts is strictly forbidden unless by the Client or under a formal Commercial Agreement.
Copyright ownership states that all images (watermarked or not) taken by Caletto Photography / Emily Prouse remain the property of the Photographer. The Photographer retains the right to use images for Caletto’s social media, website, and portfolio purposes only, and will never publish imagery in a way that negatively portrays any Client, Company, or Brand.
Liability & Insurance
The Photographer is fully insured with both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance.
However, the Photographer cannot accept responsibility for any ridden or handling accidents that may occur during a session. Care is always taken to prioritise safety when working with horses.
Clients remain responsible for the safety and supervision of all riders, handlers, assistants, family members, or horses present during the session. The Client acknowledges that horses can be unpredictable and will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
Booking & Cancellations
To secure your session date, the first instalment or full session payment is required at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable, but may be transferred once in the event of illness, severe weather, or an emergency.
The Photographer will only cancel in cases of serious illness, emergency (such as vehicle failure or bereavement), or situations beyond reasonable control. Should this occur, the Photographer will offer a suitable reschedule or full refund.
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Travel
Session fees include travel within a 30-mile radius of NN8.
Additional mileage is charged at 45p per mile thereafter (round-trip).
Image Delivery
Edited images will aim to be provided via an online gallery (Pixieset) within 12 weeks of the shoot date.
Please allow up to 15-20 weeks during busy periods.
Prints and frames are fulfilled through external suppliers and may take additional time.
The Client’s download and purchase of digital files releases the Photographer from liability for loss or damage of images after delivery. Clients are encouraged to back up files securely.
Alterations & Credit
Images must not be altered, edited, or filtered in any way, with the exception of company logo or text overlay where a Commercial Use Agreement has been made.
Clients agree to credit Caletto Photography when using the images online, in print, or for marketing purposes.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Copyright
By law, all images created by Caletto Photography / Emily Prouse remain the intellectual property of the Photographer.
Digital Images — You May:
Download purchased digital images for private, non-commercial use.
Share images online for personal use, with full credit to Caletto Photography.
Use images for screensavers, wallpapers, or to share privately with family and friends.
Seek a license from Caletto Photography to be used for the below, this is subject to Emily Prouse to approve, invoice or deny.
Digital Images — You May Not:
Sell, edit, or alter images in any form.
Use proof images (shared for preview) for any purpose.
Permit any company or third party to use images without written consent.
Submit images to magazines, media, or competitions without prior approval.
Printed & Framed Artwork — You May:
Display purchased prints and frames in your home or office for private enjoyment.
Gift prints (framed or unframed) to family or friends, provided no commercial gain is made.
Printed & Framed Artwork — You May Not:
Scan, photograph, or reproduce printed artwork in any way.
Resell or modify prints without written permission.
Remove labels, branding, or embossing from Caletto frames or mounts.

1. Overview
Welcome to Caletto Photography. This policy outlines how I (Emily Prouse, trading as Caletto Photography) collect, store, and use your data, alongside the terms that govern bookings, image ownership, and payments.
By booking a session, purchasing digital or physical products, or browsing this website, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
These terms are designed to protect both you (the client) and me (the photographer), ensuring transparency and trust at every stage.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, imagery, logos, and written material on this site are the property of Caletto Photography and are protected under UK copyright law.
This includes, but is not limited to: photographs, text, branding, downloadable materials, and design elements.
Images taken by me, whether watermarked or not, remain my intellectual property. Clients receive limited personal-use rights upon purchase or download. Please see the Copyright & Usage section for details.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content from this site without written consent.
Remove or alter any branding or watermarking.
Use images for commercial or sponsored purposes without a signed commercial use agreement.
Unauthorised use will be treated as a copyright infringement and pursued accordingly.
4. Sale of Goods & Services
Caletto Photography provides both digital and physical photographic products, including:
Digital image files
Fine-art prints and frames
Photography session packages
Descriptions, prices, and availability are kept accurate and up-to-date. However, I reserve the right to modify or withdraw products or services at any time.
5. Payments
Payment confirms your booking and secures your chosen date.
You may pay:
In full, or
In instalments (via GoCardless or bank transfer, in 2 or 3 payments).
The first instalment or full payment is required to confirm your date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or secure payment link. For transparency:
Instalment plans are interest-free.
The booking amount is non-refundable but may be transferred once (e.g. due to illness, weather, or emergency).
6. Cancellations & Refunds
You have a right to cancel within 14 days of booking.
If work or services have already begun (e.g. shoot planning, editing, or digital delivery), you will be charged for the proportion of services completed up to that point.
If you request that digital content be delivered within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that this waives your right to cancellation once delivery begins.
If Caletto Photography must cancel due to illness, emergency, or technical failure, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
7. Travel & Location Fees
Your session includes travel within a 30-mile radius of NN8 (Wellingborough).
Additional mileage beyond this is charged at 45p per mile (round trip).
8. Liability & Safety
I am fully insured with public liability and professional indemnity coverage.
While every care is taken to ensure safety, the client remains responsible for the supervision of horses, handlers, and any other participants during the shoot. Caletto Photography is not liable for injury, damage, or accidents arising from handling animals or riding activities during a session.
9. Delivery & Timelines
Proof galleries are delivered via Pixieset within 12 weeks of your shoot.
Final edited images and physical artwork are delivered within 15 weeks.
Please allow additional time for printing and framing, as these are hand-made to order.
In rare cases of technical malfunction or data loss, a reshoot or refund will be offered.
10. Copyright & Image Usage
All images remain the copyright of Emily Prouse, Caletto Photography.
Clients purchasing digital images receive a personal use licence, allowing them to:
Download and store the images for personal enjoyment.
Share on social media (with credit to @calettophotography).
Print for personal, non-commercial use.
Clients may not:
Sell, edit, or reproduce images commercially.
Enter images into competitions without written permission.
Supply images to third parties (brands, magazines, sponsors) without a commercial licence.
11. Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. Any personal data collected (such as your name, address, contact details, or images) is handled securely and confidentially.
Your information is used solely for:
Contacting you regarding your session
Delivering your gallery, products, or invoices
Internal record-keeping
I do not share or sell your data to third parties. Payment data is processed securely via trusted third-party platforms (GoCardless, PayPal, or your bank).
If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact hello@caletto.co.uk.
12. Consumer Protection
Caletto Photography operates in full compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Sale of Goods Act 1979. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
Caletto Photography, its owner, or associates will not be held liable for indirect losses, data loss, or damages resulting from use of this site or services. Liability is limited to the cost of the session or product purchased.
14. Updates & Amendments
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect new services or legal requirements. The most recent version will always be available at www.caletto.co.uk.
