Before the shoot, I will assist you in the pre-shoot planning process. Whether it's via messages or a call, I want to understand your vision and preferences, and answer any questions that you may have for me. I will also share with you my ideas, possible locations and ask you a couple of questions in order to get to know you and your horses and or dogs a little better. You will have the opportunity to ask for ridden, in hand, natural portrait, or black background photography. Coming soon a welcome pack containing key information and tips for your photoshoot.

By collaborating in planning stages we ensure that I can capture the essence of your companion in a way that naturally reflects and suits their unique personality. The shoot itself will last between 1-3 hours depending on your chosen package, allowing ample time for outfit changes, breaks, and ensuring that everyone is comfortable and at ease throughout the session. I aim to capture the beauty of your animals in their best light, and most importantly reflect their interactions with you. Our goal is to create an environment that sets them up for success, making it easy for you both to relax and enjoy the photography session.

In the days afterwards I will send you a link to you album of images, ask for your chosen images for editing and provide further advice where required. Additional Images can be purchased after the shoot. Everything from ear swaps, rope removal & retouching is included in the editing process to achieve the perfect image. Once your digital images have been edited these will then be made available for download or framed in the case of prints. I will advise you on frame deliveries at the time of ordering. You have the right to request the gallery from which you will choose & download your favourite images to be Private, please do so in advance. Upon request, I offer the service of social media reel clips for content.

Booking a photography session is easy. I will help to guide you through the process, discuss your requirements, and find a convenient date and time for your session.

I am based in Northamptonshire in the UK and yes I love to travel! All shoots include travel up to 30 miles from Wellingborough, travel outside this area at 45p per mile to be settled on the day of the photoshoot.

I believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalized photographs. Whether it's at your home, a yard, or a scenic spot, I am open to capturing your portraits in a place that holds meaning to you.

The deposit to secure a date for the yard shared/pre paid booking is £30.00, this is non refundable but will be taken from the remaining balance on shoot.

Vouchers act as credit against digital images ONLY on private shoots, they are not to be used against prints unless upon prior agreement.

You may only purchase a single digital file when ordered with any other item or package.

Time payments are are non-refundable & to be made in full before your photoshoot/images are delivered.

Please do not worry about the weather, if there is severe weather that means the shoot cannot take place then I will contact you to rebook but a light rainfall can REALLY add atmosphere to your images, contact me for some examples if you are unsure! However, I want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, so I endeavor to be flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.

I understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Once the shoot is complete, turnaround time is usually between 2-8 weeks depending on the project size and time of year, anything outside this time frame will be discussed. You will have access to an online gallery where you can share your favourite images with me for editing, conveniently download and view high-resolution photos. I am able to make this totally private should you wish for it to be. You will also have the option to purchase framed, mounted prints with anti-reflection glass, reel content and any additional digital files from the shoot. Please note that all images undergo high-quality editing in Photoshop by myself, ensuring that each photo receives the individual attention it deserves. On average, this meticulous editing process can average an hour per photo, guaranteeing results.

All are welcome, and there is no limit to the number of animals per session.

Firstly I will make sure that everyone including them is as comfortable as possible and we will work with their strengths to set them up for success. Let me utilise my editing skills to transplant backward facing ears, instead of stressing your horse and making you work too hard to get both ears forward. Work with me to create a safe space and exit strategy out of your barn for strong spooky horses without blocking you into a small space, losing control of or upsetting your horse. Lets make a realistic plan to get the best of your session and remember we can be flexible in our approach. If you have any other concerns please message me so that we can address this suitably.

Luxury frames printed up to 33.1 x 46.8 inches (A0).

To further enhance your experience, I can offer you a choice of frames from our trusted local printers in Northamptonshire. These frames are crafted to complement and showcase your photographs, providing a stunning display for your home. Details of these frame options can be seen on my display boards and include black, white, wooden, and metallic finishes as well as black, white and cream card mounts. Custom cut anti-reflection glass (or acrylic when I will need to courier your frame) is as standard. I can access samples for those of you close enough to view them, or bring them along to your shoot upon request. Delivery of such frames to be discussed upon booking.

I will not cancel unless for serious illness (e.g; covid positive or hospital admittance) or an immediate emergency such as vehicle failure or bereavement. In such cases, I will advise a suitable resolution as soon as possible. If the shoot is canceled for any reason by yourself, any deposit to secure the date is non-refundable. Where the shoot is rescheduled within two months, this deposit fee becomes credit against the shoot. I retain the right to waiver this for you under extreme circumstances as I see fit.

Please clear the chosen area of any items that you have laying around such a brightly coloured feed bowls etc. if this is taking place at home. Please have to hand any grooming kit, treats, clean tack/headcollars, spare lead ropes etc. that may be needed. Please groom to the standard of your usual outings, feel free to bath or plait but this is not always required! Try to avoid your horses being wet or muddy where possible, in particular for black backgrounds you can opt for head and neck shots only where you do not need to wash down their legs. For any reactive dogs please let me know prior to our session and I will accommodate you accordingly.

Chances are the answer is yes, I offer skin retouching and beauty requests also in Photoshop so please just make me aware before the editing stages take place.

Unsure if a photoshoot is for you? Only Invest if you Love Them - There is zero obligation and no minimum spend. Travel outside of 30 miles of NN8 is at cost as previously noted.
